Three Ways to
Sail the
Andaman
A morning sail, a full day among limestone islands, or a multi-day passage to the quieter northern coast. Each programme is fully crewed and designed to be self-contained.
← Back to HomeHow Navire Plans a Charter
Every Navire programme starts with a weather check. The captain reviews Thai Meteorological Department forecasts and considers the specific conditions for that day's route — wind direction, swell height, visibility. This happens before any guest boards. Routes may be adapted if conditions suggest a better or safer alternative, and guests are informed clearly.
Provisioning is completed the morning of each charter. Meals are sourced fresh, equipment is checked, and the vessel is prepared before guests arrive at the marina. The aim is a smooth, relaxed start — not a scramble at the dock. Guests are briefed on the day's route, safety procedures, and any scheduled water activities before departure.
Marina Morning Sail
A four-hour morning charter departing Ao Po Grand Marina into the sheltered waters east of Phuket. The route passes small islands and mangrove coastline, with one planned stop for snorkeling at a shallow reef. A continental breakfast with coffee and juice is served onboard during the sail. The pace is gentle and the crew manages all aspects of the trip. No sailing experience is needed and the programme is appropriate for all ages including children.
